My order confirmation says “will call” what does this mean?

Will call means you will either be checked in at the venue or you will be contacted via email with information on when and where you can pick up your ticket.

Do you allow resale of your tickets?

No we do not allow ticket reselling. If you purchase a ticket from a third party and something goes wrong we will not be able to assist you. We always recommend purchasing tickets directly from our website to avoid fraudulent tickets and passes.

My card declined but I saw that my account was charged. Why did this happen?

Sometimes customers put in wrong information for their billing address. Our system will decline a transaction if it does not match the exact information your bank has. If you account is charged please give 48 hours for you to see the refund, your bank should see the refund attempt right away, you can call them to verify.  

I want to go on Spring Break, but I don’t want to go with a large group of people. Can you help?
